Choosing your own place to live is one of the most important decisions facing every family. Many people consider living in a block of flats, but more and more investors are opting for a small, functional home that offers independence and greater freedom of use. Modular house Little Breeze is a proposal that combines the advantages of modern timber-frame construction with a clever organisation of space, ideal for a family of 2+2.
Modern barn - a home tailored to meet your needs
The Little Breeze is a smaller variant of the Bryza house project. Like the large Bryza, the building has been designed in the style of a modern barn. Its façade is kept in warm wood colours, which, combined with the dark-grey roof, gives the building a distinctive, elegant character. The Little Breeze modular house is distinguished from typical modern barns by its glazed gable wall on the terrace side. Thanks to the glazing, the interior is perfectly illuminated, and the terrace behind it is a natural extension of the living area. The distinctive terrace structure was designed to emphasise the modern form of the building and at the same time provide a practical outdoor seating area. In this way, the architecture of the house harmoniously combines functionality with aesthetics, creating a space that is conducive to both everyday life and moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.
Thoughtful layout for the comfort of the whole family
We have planned the layout of the rooms in Mala Bryza with functionality and user comfort in mind. Entering the building, one gets to the vestibule, where space was provided for a spacious wardrobe. From the vestibule, one can move to the hallway, where there is a staircase leading to a mezzanine, as well as entrances to bedrooms and a bathroom. The hallway is connected to the open-plan living area comprising a living room with kitchenette and dining area. Thanks to the glazing in the gable wall, the interior is perfectly illuminated and visually connected to the garden. Balcony doors lead directly onto the terrace, where space is provided for a table and chairs or a comfortable sofa. This arrangement of space is conducive to daily relaxation and spending time outdoors.
A second external door is provided in the opposite gable wall. These lead to the technical room. This solution provides convenient access to the economic area without interfering with the living space.
The mezzanine floor is designed with two rooms, a second bathroom and an open space that can serve as an additional rest area or workspace. This layout allows a natural division of the building into a living and a sleeping area. This is a particularly important solution in the case of house design for families with children.
Home modular instead of a flat - why is it worth it?
For many people, the choice between a house and a flat in a block of flats comes down to comfort and quality of life. Modular frame house Little Breeze offers complete independence - no neighbours behind the wall, its own plot of land and space for free arrangement. Compared to a flat of similar size, it offers greater flexibility in interior organisation. The additional space on the mezzanine floor allows you to create a separate area for children or a study for work.
A modular house also means fast construction times and energy-efficient solutions that translate into lower operating costs. Thanks to prefabrication, most of the construction work takes place under controlled factory conditions. This eliminates the impact of the weather on the construction schedule and significantly reduces the waiting time for the finished building. W Wascovilla We design buildings to combine modern design with maximum functionality, responding to the needs of modern families. Little Breeze is an excellent alternative to a flat. It provides space, comfort and freedom of use that cannot be achieved in a traditional multi-family development. For those who would like their own modular single-family housebut do not want to give up on compact solutions, this project could be the ideal choice.
