ABOUT THE COMPANY
WASCOVILLA is a company that has been building homes for years and with passion for over 20 years. Its founder is Dariusz Wasylew. He has transferred his love of wood to the construction of timber-framed houses and the production of roof structures with an emphasis on roof trusses connected by barbed plate.
WASCOVILLA ROOF TRUSSES
In 2005, WASCOVILLA started out as a manufacturer of roof structures. We quickly specialised in the method of joining trusses with barbed plates. Having been licensed by Mitek, over the years we have become a leading supplier of roof structures on the Polish market. Our installation teams, trained in Mitek Roof Construction Technology, have put up a total of more than 5,000 roofs.
WASCOVILLA FRAME HOUSES
WASCOVILLA has developed a parallel technology for complex construction timber frame and modular construction. In a modern production hall with an area of more than 3,500 m2, prefabricated walls, ceilings and roofs are produced, as well as finished modules as sets of houses and apartment blocks. Modern production lines and an experienced team of designers and production staff have enabled us to increase the quality and quantity of the houses produced. In our houses, we have taken care of the insulation, thanks to which they are low-emission and, thanks to the appropriate matching of materials, have a low carbon footprint.
Today, we are handing over houses that have been completed to shell and core condition - from the foundation to the roof. Our houses are characterised by robustness, energy efficiency and practical solutions. We operate not only in Poland. Our houses are standing among others in Norway, Sweden and England.
The WASCOVILLA team consists of experienced designers and architects. They will take the design of your house to the level of your dreams and take care of the formalities for the building permit.
The process of prefabricating your home and the assembly is in the hands of specialised production and construction workers.
