Completed building shell

Completed building shell

Completed building shell is the stage of construction when the building is already fully enclosed, meaning that it has windows, external doors and a canopy in place to protect the interior from the weather. Compared to open shell, the building shell is protected from rain, wind and other external influences, but does not yet have internal finishes such as plaster, floors or installations. This means that the building structure, walls, ceilings and roof are ready, but the finishing and installation work (electrics, plumbing, heating) is yet to be completed.
