At Wascovilla, we know that home for the family It must not only be robust and functional, but also fit in with the daily rhythm of its occupants. Seagull is single-storey modular house with a pitched roof, designed in a classic, elegant massing that fits in perfectly with both suburban and rural surroundings.
An important feature of this model is the harmony between traditional form and contemporary functionality. It is a house designed for families who value comfort, space and good interior organisation.
Well thought-out layout - convenience from the outset
Although the Seagull is modular houseIts layout bears no resemblance to typical prefabricated buildings divided into equal sections. Immediately behind the entrance to the flat is a corridor with space for a large, roomy wardrobe. This is a practical solution that keeps things tidy and provides a convenient place to store outerwear, footwear and everyday accessories. Thanks to this space planning, the feeling of order and functionality of the interior can be felt right from the threshold.
Across the corridor, a domestic laundry room has been designed to accommodate both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Separate laundry room enhances the comfort of the everyday home, especially one such as that in the Seagull. The room has been fitted with a window for traditional clothes drying.
Bright living area - the heart modular house
The corridor overlooks the living area, which is a comfortable living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. Already from here you can see that the interior is well lit. This is not only due to the large glazings on the ground floor, but also thanks to an additional window located high in the gable wall. This interesting architectural detail has a huge impact on the quality of the space. It provides an inflow of natural light from above, without the need for slope windows, and adds lightness to the entire interior.
Modular house design provides for a kitchenette. It has been designed for people who like to cook and stay together in this part of the house. Its focal point is the kitchen island, which is not only functional but also gives the whole area a unique character. Next to the kitchen is a capacious pantry, which makes it easy to store supplies and keeps the main kitchen area aesthetically tidy.
Private area with three bedrooms
The other half of the house is the private area, designed for the daily comfort of all household members. On its border is a small toilet accessible from the corridor, located close to the living area. Further on, there is a three bedrooms. One of them has been equipped with a comfortable, rather large wardrobe. This solution increases the functionality of the room and makes it possible to dispense with wardrobes in the bedroom area.
The private area also includes bathroom with window. Thanks to the access to daylight, the large sanitary facility appears visually even larger. An important asset of the design of the Mewa house is the fact that the bathroom houses both a bathtub and a shower cubicle. This allows each member of the household to use their preferred form of bathing. This solution enhances the family's comfort, also in the long term.
Utility room with external access
The Seagull House is also equipped with a separate utility room with access from the outside. It is perfect for storing tools, garden accessories, bicycles or seasonal equipment. The space has been additionally fitted with a window, which significantly increases its functionality. Thanks to the inflow of natural light, the room can serve not only as a storage space, but also as a small workshop, a storage room with space for DIY or a corner for simple garden work.
The design possibilities here are much greater than for typical closed cells without windows. Such a room is a well-thought-out addition to the house and provides the freedom to use the interior according to the lifestyle of the household members.
Flexible implementation options - you decide
At Wascovilla, we understand that every builder has different expectations, budgets and approaches to construction delivery. Therefore, as with all our projects, we offer three variants of the Mewa house realisation. Everyone can choose a solution that suits their needs:
- design - is the option for those who want to retain maximum control over the construction. We supply the prefabricated modular structure and the builder is responsible for the foundation and installation himself,
- construction + assembly - The builder builds the foundation himself, while we deliver the house and take care of its professional installation. This is a good compromise between independence and technical support,
- foundation + construction + assembly - the most comprehensive option, in which we take care of everything from A to Z: we make the insulated foundation slab, deliver the structure and carry out the installation of the building. This is the solution for those who value convenience and want to avoid organisational difficulties.
The technology behind the comfort
The Seagull House, like our other projects, is built using modern modular technology based on frame structure. This solution allows for exceptional precision and high quality detailing right from the production stage, while also giving great design flexibility. Thanks to this technology, we can create houses faster, more efficiently and with greater control over every stage of construction, regardless of the chosen implementation option.
W Wascovilla We combine proven materials, thoughtful architecture and precise workmanship to ensure that every modular house, like the Seagull, was a real response to the needs of modern families.
