Frame house The Breeze from Wascovilla is the perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality. It will appeal to lovers of architecture in the style of a modern barn. The single-storey building with mezzanine offers just over 109 m² of usable space, designed for maximum comfort and practical use of space. The interesting façade draws attention and the steeply pitched roof allows the building to be realised even in a mountainous landscape.
Well thought-out interior layout
Frame house Bryza has been designed with great care. Just behind the front door is the vestibule, which serves as a practical vestibule. From it, you can enter the technical room with a window. This room not only houses the necessary equipment required to operate the installation, but also provides additional storage space. It can be used to store shoes, coats, jackets and other useful items that should not be in sight for aesthetic reasons. A second door from the vestibule leads into the main living area.
Entering the interior of the house, we find ourselves in a partially open hallway, from which we can access a spacious bedroom and a bathroom fitted with a window. The hall also features a two-legged, interlocking staircase leading to the mezzanine floor. The area of over 28 m² can remain open to the living area, enhancing the spacious effect. It can also be enclosed to create additional separate rooms, such as children's rooms.
The timber-frame house is a bright and spacious living area
The hallway on the ground floor opens directly into the living area, comprising the living room, kitchen and dining room. Thanks to the large glazings, which are located both at ground floor level and at mezzanine level, the interior is well lit by natural light. The high space reaching under the ridge of the two-storey height adds lightness to the interior of the house. Giving the impression of space, it creates a unique atmosphere of an open house. The kitchen annex has been designed with convenience in mind, and its layout makes it possible to incorporate a large island. The functional kitchen is the perfect place to cook together and spend time with the family.
The living room leads out onto the terrace. This provides an additional seating area to enjoy the natural surroundings or gatherings with loved ones outdoors.
