Typical design - adaptation

Typical design - adaptation

Typical design - adaptation, which is the process of adapting a ready-made, universal building design (so-called typical design) to the specific conditions of the plot and local building regulations. Adaptation also includes some changes to the layout of rooms or building technology, but the basic elements of the typical design remain unchanged.

This process is necessary in order for a typical project to obtain a building permit and be realised on a given plot of land, and that it meets the needs of future users.
