Developed condition

Developed condition is the stage of property completion where the building is prepared for individual finishing by the owner. This usually means that the flat or house is fitted with electrical, plumbing and heating systems, as well as having plaster, floor screeds, windows and external doors. However, the scope of work included in the development condition can vary from developer to developer. In some cases, it includes additional elements such as window sills or radiators, but more often than not, it does not include the finishing of walls, floors or the fitting of bathrooms and kitchens, leaving these works to the buyer.
