Prefabrication

Prefabrication

Prefabrication is the manufacturing process of producing structural or building components under controlled factory conditions and then transporting them to the construction site for assembly. Prefabricated components can include walls, floors, beams, installation modules or entire building sections, among others. Prefabrication increases the efficiency and precision of construction work, shortens project times and minimises waste on site. Thanks to this process, it is possible to achieve high quality workmanship while reducing production costs and the negative impact of the construction process on the environment.
