Local Development Plan

Local Development Plan

Local Development Plan is an act of local law, drawn up and adopted by the municipal council, which specifies the purpose, development principles and land development conditions for a specific area. The plan regulates, inter alia, the permissible functions of land (e.g. residential, commercial, industrial), the height of development, minimum distances between buildings and environmental protection rules.

The LSDP is binding for both the administrative authorities and investors, and its purpose is to ensure spatial order and sustainable development of the area.
