Final assembly is the stage in the building's construction when all the structural and functional elements finally come together to form the target spatial layout. It is the moment when the structure transitions from a temporary layout, characteristic of the assembly phase, to a target layout, which assumed modular house project.
It involves making the final structural connections, permanently bonding the elements together and removing temporary supports and assembly restraints. Final assembly determines the maintenance of the designed geometry of the structure and the final distribution of loads in the structure.
At this stage, the conformity of the workmanship with the design documentation and the assumed tolerances is verified. Its proper execution conditions for achieving the intended load-bearing capacity, stability and durability of the building.
