Cellulose wool is an environmentally friendly insulation material made mainly from recycled paper fibres (e.g. from newspapers) with the addition of flame retardant substances and protection against mould growth and pests. It is characterised by very good thermal and acoustic insulation properties and is therefore used in the construction industry as insulation for roofs, ceilings, walls or floors.
Cellulose wool is valued for its durability, flexibility and ability to fill hard-to-reach spaces. Thanks to its use of recycled materials and low carbon footprint, its production and use support sustainable construction.
