Project Bursztyn is a proposal for those who are looking for a small, but exceptionally functional single-storey house, ideal for everyday life. A simple body with a sloping gable roof and a well-thought-out layout of rooms make this model attractive not only visually, but also in terms of space organisation. This single-storey modular house in timber-frame technology has been designed with precision craftsmanship and fast installation in mind. Which fits perfectly with the company's implementation approach Wascovilla - quality, precision and fast installation.
Well thought-out layout with clear zoning
The entrance to the Bursztyn modular house leads through a convenient vestibule with space for a large, capacious wardrobe. To the left is the entrance to the technical room - ideal for a boiler, washing machine or utility storage. Opposite the main door, there is a passage to the main hallway, from which you can access the living area and private rooms.
On the left, just beyond the passageway, a pantry has been placed - small but sufficient to store supplies and kitchen accessories. Right next to it extends the living space with kitchenette, dining area and living room. This is a bright, open-plan area of the house, designed for family everyday life - cooking together, chatting and relaxing. Thanks to appropriately placed glazing, the interior blends naturally with its surroundings, providing light for most of the day.
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three dressing rooms
From the second corridor, doors lead to other rooms. Opposite the entrance to the pantry, a room has been designed that can be used as a children's or guest room. Turning to the right from the vestibule, the corridor leads further into other interiors. To the right, a smaller bathroom with a shower cubicle has been placed, followed by a large bathroom with a window and a bathtub. In this way, the larger bathroom can serve as the householder's main bathroom.
On the opposite side is a study that would work equally well as an additional bedroom, study room or private studio. Right next to it are two more rooms: a bedroom with a dressing room and a public dressing room accessible from the corridor. In total, this house design offers up to four rooms.
Single-storey modular house Amber - comfort is its middle name
The house has no attic - the entire space is on one level. This layout of the space increases convenience for families with small children, seniors or those planning a barrier-free home. Despite the small footprint, the layout of the rooms is fully functional and suited to the needs of everyday life.
Amber is modular frame housewhich, thanks to its form and design, can be easily integrated into various types of plot. Even narrower ones or those subject to planning restrictions. Prefabrication technologyThe design and construction of the Wascovilla, which we use at Wascovilla, allows construction to be carried out quickly and to a high standard. This is a fully functional year-round house which, thanks to its compact form, is also ideal as the first home for a young family.
Ready to move in - no compromises
Amber combines structural simplicity with a thoughtful organisation of space. Each room has its logical place, which translates into comfort of use and ease of arrangement. A convenient circulation route, a large living area, practical utility facilities and separate wardrobes - these are the elements that make the house fully functional despite its small size.
The economy resulting from the compact form is also not insignificant. The simple roof, lack of an attic and limited footprint are elements which keep construction and operating costs at a reasonable levelwithout sacrificing quality and convenience. For many builders, it is the balance between comfort, budget and lead time that becomes the most important factor in their choice, a house project Amber meets all these criteria.
Choose a scope of implementation tailored to your needs
This modern single-storey modular house can be realised in Wascovilla in one of three variants, depending on which part of the work the investor wants to entrust to the contractor:
- only construction - The prefabricated house skeleton is delivered to the plot and the investor himself takes care of preparing the foundation and assembling the building,
- construction with assembly - The client prepares the foundation slab and our team is responsible for assembling the entire structure on site,
- comprehensive implementation - we take care of the entire investment: from the execution of the foundations, through prefabrication, to the installation of the finished house.
Each option allows the collaboration to be tailored to individual needs and possibilities, both in terms of time and budget. Contact us and let's turn dreams into reality!
