We would like to invite you to the fourth edition of this year's Open Days in the village of Prądocin near Bydgoszcz!
Visit 110 m² single-storey timber-frame house timber-framed, built using prefabricated technology.
The presented house was created on the basis of the external project MIDAS, transforming it into an individual project with a well-thought-out functional layout. The building with a pitched roof offers a spacious living room with an area of over 32 m², combined with a dining room and a functional kitchen with a pantry. The night zone comprises three comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet, all complemented by a practical technical room with a separate entrance and a vestibule. The living room provides space for a goat, which gives the interior a cosy feel.
A great asset is the terrace designed as an indentation in the body of the building with a canopy, which provides privacy and comfort for relaxation regardless of the weather.
