At Wascovilla’s open days, you’ll find an active building site under construction for a client, rather than a permanent show home. That’s why you usually view the house before it’s fully finished. The stage depends on where a particular development is at on the day of the event. Sometimes it’s closer to the shell stage, sometimes closer to the finished property stage.
It makes sense, because the house is being revealed as the work progresses wall cross-section, insulation and structural connections, which you won’t see in the finished building, as they’ll be hidden beneath the finishing touches. We always specify the stage of construction for the house on display alongside a specific date, so that you know in advance what to expect.
