This isn\u2019t a showroom, a scale model or an online catalogue, but a real building site. At the event, visitors will see a specific modular house<\/strong>, at a stage that allows us to assess the construction, insulation and fitting details. Where can I see a modular home in person?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We usually organise open days once a month<\/strong> and in a different location each time. We are building modular homes throughout Poland<\/strong>, so it isn\u2019t a fixed point on the map, but rather an event that moves along with our projects. This means that each time we showcase a different project, a different floor area and a different stage of work. So, as you can see, it\u2019s not a \u201emodel\u201d show home<\/strong>, but a living structure with its practical solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you\u2019ll see when you get there<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On site, you have access to details that are easy to overlook during a phone call or when looking at visualisations. You can take a close look at quality of prefabrication<\/strong>. In other words, how the walls, ceilings and roof trusses have been constructed, and what the structural joints themselves look like \u2013 the ones that are later concealed by the finishing work. You\u2019ll see the actual fa\u00e7ade, the window frames and the installation details as they appear once the work is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you\u2019re standing in the middle of the room, you\u2019ll also get a different sense of scale and proportion. Floor plans rarely convey how a space actually feels. Is the living room as big as it looked on the plan, and does the bedroom have enough room for everything it was supposed to? You\u2019ll want to ask about smart home solutions<\/a> and heat recovery<\/strong>. And you could ask directly about the timeframe: how long did it actually take to build this particular house, from the delivery of the modules to the shell stage?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
