{"id":4592,"date":"2025-06-17T12:40:30","date_gmt":"2025-06-17T12:40:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/?post_type=encyklopedia&#038;p=4592"},"modified":"2026-09-08T14:20:24","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T14:20:24","slug":"project-adaptation","status":"publish","type":"encyklopedia","link":"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/en\/encyclopedia\/project-adaptation\/","title":{"rendered":"Project adaptation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project adaptation<\/strong> is the adaptation of a ready-made architectural and construction project to a specific plot of land, local conditions and the investor's requirements, in accordance with the applicable construction law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It includes a number of stages: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>incorporation of changes resulting from <a href=\"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/en\/encyclopedia\/local-development-plan\/\">Local Development Plan<\/a> or development conditions, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consideration of local ground and climatic conditions, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adjustment of foundations and installations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adapting the design also allows <strong>making functional changes<\/strong> or aesthetics in accordance with the needs of the developer. When the project is to be realised in specific terrain, legal or technical conditions, other than those provided in the basic version.
