It is usually expressed in degrees (\u00b0), less commonly in percent. It has a direct impact on the appearance of the building, its functionality and the type of roofing that can be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In single-family housing, typical roof pitches range from 10\u00b0 to 45\u00b0, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flat roofs have a slope of up to approx. 10\u00b0,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/en\/encyclopedia\/pitched-roof\/\">pitched roofs<\/a> mostly 25-40\u00b0,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The steep roofs of regional houses may exceed 45\u00b0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection of the angle of inclination<\/strong> <strong>roof<\/strong> takes into account climatic conditions (e.g. snowfall), aesthetic requirements as well as local planning regulations.
