{"id":5794,"date":"2026-08-21T19:00:06","date_gmt":"2026-08-21T19:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/?post_type=encyklopedia&#038;p=5794"},"modified":"2026-08-21T19:01:30","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T19:01:30","slug":"beschichtung-von-baustoffen","status":"publish","type":"encyklopedia","link":"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/de\/enzyklopadie\/beschichtung-von-baustoffen\/","title":{"rendered":"Kriechen von Baustoffen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Das Kriechen von Konstruktionswerkstoffen ist ein Ph\u00e4nomen, bei dem sich die Verformung des Werkstoffs unter Einwirkung einer langfristig wirkenden, nahezu konstanten Belastung langsam und allm\u00e4hlich verst\u00e4rkt.<\/strong> Diese Verformungen nehmen mit der Zeit zu, obwohl sich die Spannungswerte nicht \u00e4ndern und unterhalb der Festigkeit des Werkstoffs bleiben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses Ph\u00e4nomen tritt in unterschiedlichem Ausma\u00df beispielsweise bei Beton, Holz, Kunststoffen sowie bei Metallen auf, die bei erh\u00f6hten Temperaturen eingesetzt werden. Seine <strong>Die Intensit\u00e4t h\u00e4ngt von der Art des Materials, der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und der Dauer der Belastung sowie von der Umgebungstemperatur und -feuchtigkeit ab.<\/strong>. Je l\u00e4nger die Belastung andauert und je instabiler die Betriebsbedingungen sind, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist die Endverformung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Holzkonstruktionen kommt dem Kriechen eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Holz kriecht wesentlich st\u00e4rker als Stahl und ist dabei feuchtigkeitsempfindlich. Daher wird bei der Bemessung nach Eurocode 5 (PN-EN 1995-1-1) nicht nur die momentane Durchbiegung ber\u00fccksichtigt, sondern auch die durch das Kriechen bedingte Zunahme hinzugerechnet. Dazu dient der Koeffizient kdef, der mit der Nutzungsklasse der Konstruktion, d.\u202fh. mit der Feuchtigkeit der Umgebung, in der das Bauteil eingesetzt wird, zusammenh\u00e4ngt. Die Enddurchbiegung ist die Summe aus der sofortigen Durchbiegung und dieser Langzeitkomponente. Daher ist sie es \u2013 und nicht der Zustand unmittelbar nach der Montage \u2013, die f\u00fcr die Bewertung der Konstruktion ausschlaggebend ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Kriechen von Baustoffen macht sich am st\u00e4rksten bei Bauteilen mit gro\u00dfen Spannweiten bemerkbar. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise. <strong>Decken und <a href=\"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/de\/traversen\/\">Dachst\u00fchle<\/a><\/strong>, die w\u00e4hrend ihrer gesamten Nutzungsdauer einer st\u00e4ndigen Belastung durch ihr Eigengewicht und die Auflagerung ausgesetzt sind. Der Konstrukteur begrenzt diese Belastung, indem er Grenzwerte f\u00fcr die Dauerverformung festlegt. Bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Spannweiten versieht er die Bauteile mit einer umgekehrten Montagekr\u00fcmmung, damit die Konstruktion nach Jahren eine nahezu horizontale Lage einnimmt, anstatt sich sichtbar durchzubiegen.
