In dieser Studie wird ermittelt, welche Ma\u00dfnahmen erforderlich sind, um das Grundst\u00fcck an die technischen Anforderungen des Projekts anzupassen. Sie umfasst unter anderem eine m\u00f6gliche Nivellierung, die Beseitigung von Gel\u00e4ndehindernissen, die Abgrenzung von Installationszonen und die Auswahl einer geeigneten Gr\u00fcndungsmethode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dieser Phase werden auch folgende Aspekte ber\u00fccksichtigt <strong>die Bestimmungen des lokalen Plans oder <a href=\"https:\/\/wascovilla.pl\/de\/enzyklopadie\/entwicklungsbedingungen\/\">Entscheidungen \u00fcber die baulichen Gegebenheiten<\/a><\/strong>.
