Der Kostenvoranschlag des Investors ber\u00fccksichtigt den Umfang der Arbeiten, ihre Mengen, Einheitss\u00e4tze und den Gesamtwert des Bauvorhabens. Er wird auf der Grundlage der Bauplanung und des Kostenvoranschlags nach den Grunds\u00e4tzen der Kostensch\u00e4tzung und den geltenden Materialaufwandskatalogen (KNR) erstellt. Sie wird u.a. von \u00f6ffentlichen Auftraggebern bei Ausschreibungen und bei der Beantragung von \u00f6ffentlichen F\u00f6rdermitteln verlangt.
